 | Q: What is your return policy? |

 | A: If you reject items that are not faulty, then it is your responsibility to return them to us, at your own cost. You must keep the items in good condition with undamaged and complete packaging, so that we can resell them. We will refund the cost of the goods. We will arrange collection or refund postage for items that are faulty in any way. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping and how much is it? |

 | A: Yes. For items bought at the same time and paid for together, shipping in the UK mainland is charged as follows:
£2.99 for order value up to £19.99;
£3.98 for order value from £20-£39.99;
FREE for orders of £40 or more. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to be despatched? |
 |
 | A: Most items are held in stock and these will usually be despatched the same day for orders placed before about 2p.m. UK time Monday-Friday. If an item is out of stock we will let you know and give you the option of waiting for it to come back into stock (usually 3-10 working days), or receiving a full refund. The choice is always yours. |
 | Q: Are all the items in stock? |

 | A: We sell on our website as well as eBay so it is very occasionally possible that something will go out of stock before we can delist it. However, if this happens we will tell you and either keep your item on order, or give you a full refund, whichever you choose. It is policy to keep all items in stock in our own warehouse (unless stated otherwise). |
 | Q: Do you ship internationally? |

 | A: Yes, but you will need to ask us for a price as it will be based on the total order weight. |
 | Q: Are your items new? |
 |
 | A: All of our listings are of brand new items just as you would find in any store. The only exceptions would be if we sold off shop soiled goods, and these would be clearly identified in the description as such. |
 | Q: I live near your location, can I collect from you? |
 |
 | A: Unfortunately our warehouse does not have facilities for you to pay or collect in person. |
 | Q: Can I pay by bank transfer? |
 |
 | A: Yes, please contact us and we will send you the international bank transfer details that you will need. |
 | Q: I need something urgently, can I get next day delivery? |
 |
 | A: Yes. Before paying for an item, please let us know and we will quote you the costs (which vary depending on the item weight and your location). UK next day delivery must be paid for before about midday. Options are available for next day, before 9a.m., before 12, and Saturday delivery. Premium Air Mail options are also available. |
 | Q: I do not live in the UK. Can I get sales tax refunded? |

 | A: If you live in the European Union (EU), then you will still pay Value Added Tax (VAT)at 17.5%, which is included in all of our prices. If you are outside of the EU then we will deduct VAT (UK Sales Tax). After you buy, but before you pay, let us send you an amended invoice so that we can adjust the total. |
