Please make payment within three days, if you are bidding or interested in other items and wish to combine shipping, just let me know to avoid the NPB process.

If there is no communication within 7 days of listing end or no payment is received, we will unfortunately be reporting you as NPB. 

If you have any queries regarding item once received please msg me. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in post if you only choose a standard service.

If you do not receive your items within two weeks, before you email/msg us, please check with your local sorting office incase it is being held there because it wasn't delivered, and confirm this in your email/msg to avoid delay in resolving the issue. Proof of postage is kept for all items until the item is received, a copy of the proof can be forwarded if you wish. 'Lost in post' items will go through a claim process via royal mail.

If you are unhappy with your items, please contact us ASAP to resolve the issue.

Refunds will only be given for the actual cost of the item/s minus postage at our discretion.
