Delivery Times
Typically your order should be with you within 7 working days from payment being cleared.
We aim to despatch your order within 2 working days of receiving cleared payment, subject
to availability. If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please log into your account and
check your order status before contacting us.
*Please note we do not despatch on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.
Shipping and Handling
Shipping costs quoted are relevant to UK Mainland customers only. If you have a requirement to ship
elsewhere in the EU, or you would like to use registered post, please use our contact form to
discuss possible postage options and prices, before placing an order.
Goods will only be shipped once payment has been received.

Returns
You must notify us of all returns, and the reason for their return before posting them and within
72 hours of receiving your delivery. You may return unwanted goods within 7 working days for a
refund provided that the product is unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition. However,
please note we will only refund the return shipping cost for faulty goods and we will not refund
the cost of items returned to us without prior notification. You will be responsible for the safe
return of all goods. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels therefore we strongly advise
you to use a traceable postage method.
Damaged in Transit
Upon receipt of your delivery please check to make sure that the packaging has no visible signs
of damage. If you feel that it has been damaged in transit please contact us using our contact page,
stating the nature of the problem. In order for us to carry out investigations with our shipping partners
please contact us within 72 hours of receiving delivery. All packaging must be retained for possible
inspection.

These terms and conditions and your use of our web site are governed by English law and
you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court.
We aim to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. We fully comply with the Distance Selling

This web site and our terms and conditions have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and
under UK law. Whilst we are happy to consider orders from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty,
express or implied that the use of this web site or the placing of any order through this web site from
outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or
promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.
A Contract between the customer and Argozy.co.uk for the sale of our products, will only exist once an
order has been accepted, processed and despatched and paid for, and the goods have been adopted.

Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice. Every effort is made to ensure that
prices shown on the website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found, we
will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price,
or cancelling your order. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error,
the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel the order, or if the order is cancelled automatically
due to the expiry of the 14 day period, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid

Your Right To Cancel
You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason within 7 days of delivery of the
products. To do so you must give us written notice (including email) within that 7 day period.
If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full
within 30 days. Cancelled items must be returned to us at your cost and must be received by us complete,
in perfect condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time
of going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we
cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser
software or computer system used by you.

with instructions specifically stated in the catalogue. Your statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
