Postage and Packing
One of the most frequently asked questions that we receive is “ can I Combine Postage”. The answer is YES! We will always combine postage and we charge by weight for multiple purchases based on the Post Office current price list.
So, if you are in the UK and you purchase items that weigh a total of, say, 1kg, including the packing, we will currently charge £3.25 postage and around 50p for packing making a total of £3.75. It doesn’t matter whether there are two items or twenty, the charge for postage is based on the total weight of the package, not the number of items that you are purchasing.
In order to qualify for the reduced postage rates it is important that you request a total so that we can weigh the items and reduce the postage. If you do not request a total, the postage may not be reduced. However, we do try to check all parcels and pick up any overcharges. We will normally automatically refund excess postage paid through your paypal account. If you think that you have paid too much postage, please contact me via ebay messaging and we will check your postage and refund any excess based on the current post office rates as follows:
