With effect from 9th November I will be closing on Wednesdays and will also not be posting on Wednesdays.
As I run the business on my own this will allow me to keep on top of admin etc.

Please email if you have any probelm with your order, I will always do my best to 100% resolve any queries.
If I ask you to return a faulty item I always cover the postage cost of this so you are not out of pocket.
Lately it seems that a very small minority of people would rather leave negative feedback without even making me aware there is a probelm so I have no chance to resolve any issues.
As I process large amounts of orders every day, mistakes can happen, all I ask is that I am given the chance to rectify.

Please email me for a total before paying, this ensures that I do not have unhappy customers who are being overcharged by ebay and saves me lots of time issuing refunds to customers.
