Anglia Drum Centre was established in 2002, by
Jason Keyte. Jason is a very experienced professional drummer
following in his father’s footsteps. He started his drum shop
experience in 1985, at the age of 15; working for the major drum
retailer in Birmingham on Saturdays.
After leaving school,
becoming very knowledgeable on drums, drum companies, repairs,
vintage drum history and all aspects of the drum business, he soon
rose to a management position. After eight years service Jason pursued
his professional playing career for three years only to then be head
hunted by another major music retailer in Birmingham to run and
re-organise their drums department. Within three years it became one
of the major drum retailers in the country. Jason was then
approached to teach drums for Birmingham City Schools. During this
time he continued to work across the country as a pro drummer.
After two years finding himself playing more and more in East Anglia,
Jason left teaching and based himself in
Norfolk.
Quickly realising the lack of a totally dedicated Pro drum shop on the East Coast, Jason made the decision to establish Anglia Drum Centre as the major drum retailer in East Anglia, making his many years experience and knowledge available once more to drummers across the country.

There are currently four of us in
the Anglia Drum Centre team. We are all busy, active drummers
with varying degree's of experience from Original Bands to Pro Players,
so we know how important it is to get exactly what you want when
it comes to your drums. We are dedicated to spending time with our
customers, making sure that they have all the information
available to them, and helping them to make the best decision's.
