All orders will be sent next working day after payment is made. If using a Paypal e-cheque please note it can take 10 days to clear.
All DVDs are new and factory sealed unless stated. All DVDs are offical releases.
Refund Policy
If you have changed your mind after ordering the dvd you may return it within 7 working days for refund if factory seal is intact. A refund will be issued minus costs for postage and Ebay fees.
If a dvd is faulty send back the disc and sleeve in a envelope and a replacement will be sent. Refund will only be given if I do not have replacement. ...
Some of the DVDs are region 1, please make sure your machine plays region 1 before buying as refunds will not be given unless the case is still sealed so it can be resold.
Buyer must pay for the cost of return postage, however there is no need to return the case just the disc and sleeve so the cost of a 1st or 2nd class stamp is all thats required.

Please note that some items may be shipped from outside the UK.
Missing Parcels - The Royal Mail does not call a parcel "lost" until 15 working days has passed, before that time its not possible to make a claim. All orders are sent next working day but if after 15 working days the parcel has not arrived email and a replacement will be sent. I am unable to do anything before that time. 15 working days applies to UK orders only. Overseas the Royal Mail do not call a item lost until a month has passed, sorry their rules not mine! Before then its not possible to get compensation.
PRIVACY POLICY - We only collect information when you order an item from the site, enter a compeitition or subscribe to our mailing list. In these cases you will be asked to complete some or all of your personal details, credit card details and delivery details. We will not use your details for any reason other than processing your order. All information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Most areas where we collect information will have an opt out option, so you can ensure you do not receive any further information from us. If there is no opt out option then you can safely assume you will not be added to our mailing list. We only send emails to customers who choose to receive them. We never pass your information on to any 3rd parties.
We do not send random emails and will only occasionally email you with special offers.
DELIVERY - All items for sale are kept in stock. If for any reason we cannot dispatch your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends) we will email.
ANTI-FRAUD MEASURES - We operate a strict security check procedure, to ensure your details are being used by only you. This may occasionally delay the dispatch of your items for any of the following reasons.
- Your order is being delivered to an address other than that registered to your account.
- A high value cheque. The order is for delivery overseas.
- Higher value orders are more likely to be checked more thoroughly.
- You ask for delivery to an 'Unverified' Paypal address
COMPLAINTS - Should you have any complaint regarding this site, the services offered, or given, email and we will respond in detail within five working days during which time we may need to contact you. You will be kept well informed at all times.
