When will my order be
shipped?
We aim to dispatch
all orders within 5 working days of cleared payment
receipt.
If for any reason we are not able to dispatch your
item within 5 working days, we will notify you by

on size and value of the parcel.
U.K.
Royal Mail - Small parcels
Fastway Courier - Large Parcels to UK Mainland and
upto £500 in value.
Courier - Large Parcels to Highlands & Islands
and parcels over £500 in value.
Rest of World
Airmail - Small parcels upto 2KG & £30
in value.
International Signed For - Small Parcels upto 2KG
& over £30 in value.
Courier - Large parcels & parcels over 2KG &
£30 in value.
What happens if my
parcel gets lost or damaged?
All parcels are insured against loss or
damage providing that the following conditions are
adhered to:
It is the responsibility of the customer or customers
representative to check the packaging of the goods
before signing the delivery note and mark delivery
note "DAMAGED" if damage has occured.
If a product arrives damaged we must be notified
within 48 hours so that the claim process can be
started. All packaging must be retained.
Any loss or shortages must also be notified within
48 hours.
Who pays the Import
Duty?
Import Duty where applicable is the responsibility
of the customer.
Customs
International parcels may be subject to
random checks by Customs which may delay delivery
and is out of our control.
