Terms And Conditions
Payment
- Payment is due within 7 days of the ending of the auction.
- Prefered method of payment is via PayPal.
- All none UK payments must be made via PayPal - no exceptions.
- Regretably we cannot accept Cash or Money Transfers under any circumstance.
- Cheque payments are accepted. Cheques must be in UK Pounds Stirling and be drawn from a UK based bank.
- Cheques may take up to 10 working days to clear. Goods will only be shipped after any cheques have cleared.
- Any Postal Orders are sent at the buyers own risk as we cannot be held responsible for these being lost in the post by a third party. We prefer not to deal with Postal Orders and ask that buyers pay either by PayPal or Cheque
Postage
- We are prepared to ship any item to anywhere in the world.
- We always discount postage where possible. If you have any query about how much postage will be on an item, please contact us before bidding.
- We reserve the right to change items for postage overseas from AirMail (as per our standard) to Surface Mail. This would mainly occur in packages of 2KG or over (Airmail limit is 2KG).
- Postage is always at the buyers risk as we can not accept the responsibility for any loss or damage during delivery. If you require insurance, please contact us for details.
- Posting days are usually Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, but this is subject to change as demand requires.
Returns Policy
We make every effort to advertise all of our items as openly and as accurately as possible. However, mistakes can be made, as we value our customers we offer the following Business Returns Policy:
- If any item(s) are found not to be as described, then this must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item(s).
- A full refund for the value of the item(s) will then be offered less postage and less any paypal fees.
- This refund will be granted upon the receipt of the returned goods assuming that the goods are returned in same condition as sold.
Feedback
- We always leave feedback, which will be positive upon the successful completion of any sale.
- Feedback will only be left after the buyer has received the goods and has left feedback for us. This is to encourage buyers to participate in the feedback process.
