1 There is the odd chance that your item may be delayed in the post. As all items are dispatched within 24 hours after payment has cleared and sent by recorded delivery (not including weekends and bank holidays), we can check on the Royal Mail website to see where your item is. 2. If your item does not arrive within 3 working days of us dispatching it, please inform us before leaving negative feedback as it is not our fault if it is delayed in the post. We will endeavour to sort the problem out as quickly as we can. 3. If Royal Mail try to deliver your item but no one is in to sign for it, it will be taken back to the Royal Mail sorting depot. A card should be left at your address letting you know they have been, please contact Royal Mail to re-arrange delivery.
