Bidding

I will consider Buy It Now offers on all auction items as long as there have been no bids. Contact me with an offer and I will get back to you.

Everyone is welcome to bid on my items.

Payment & Postage

Payments MUST be received within (7) seven days of auction end. I understand Paypal problems can arise and if this is the case then please contact me.

Payment methods accepted.

Paypal: Accepted from all winners.

Cheque: Accepted from UK winners only

Postal Order: Accepted from UK winners only

International bidders: Paypal only

If you are unsure of payment methods please contact me before auction ends.

All items posted to address registered on eBay unless instructed to post to an alternate address. Please contact me.

IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED AFTER 7TH DAY OF AUCTION END THE ITEM WILL BE RELISTED AND YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY AS A NON PAYER.

Insurance

Postal insurance is offered for your benefit. I cannot be held responsible for items lost in post.

If insurance is taken and a claim needs to be filed, then a refund will be given once I have received payment from Royal Mail. This can take up to 6-8 weeks.

Shop Refunds

We do not give refunds on items that do not fit. Measurements are supplied for your benefit. If you require additional measurements please email me before bidding/buying.
We can not give refunds on Swimwear or underwear due to Health & Hygiene.
We will only issue a refund if an item is deemed faulty. If this is the case the item must be returned in original condition with tags attached & unused within 7 days of receipt. If this is not the case only a 50% refund will be issued and not 100%.The buyer must pay for the return postage cost. We only refund the purchase price. Ebay fees charged will be reclaimed through the mutual unpaid item process.

We do not refund any of the postage costs incurred.
