Items paid by Postal order will be posted within 24 hours

Items paid by cheque, will be posted when the cheque has cleared(approx 5-7 working days)

FREE P&P ITEMS:-I do not accept paypal payments for 99p (UK) or £1.60(europe) or £2.25 (US CANADA)without exception. The payment has to cover the p&p and fees.Payments not meeeting this level will be refunded-This only applies to free/reduced postage items

1, Buyers Please contact me within 3 days of winning my auction, Payment must be made within 7 days- Unless you have contacted me to make other arrangements-BEFORE BIDDING

2, Failure to Follow this will result in a NPB alert being filed and the item being relisted.

 3, I am not responsible for loss or damage in the post, items sent recorded (for the protection of the buyer & seller) where possible (UK only), items over £35 in value I recommend Special Delivery/Airsure.    All other items-where you have the choice of Standard Postage/Airmail- I will be happy to obtain proof of posting-AT YOUR request-which I will supply you with, should your item be damaged or have gone missing,( remember to request this at checkout, I can't do anything about it afterwards!). Remember the Post Office only pays compensation on jewellery/Valuables sent via Special Delivery/Airsure

 4, I do not give refunds on vintage/preworn garments, unless by prior arrangement or if I have grossly misrepresented the item. Please ask any questions before you bid!

5, Refunds on new goods-will only be given if the item is :- faulty or not fit for the purpose that it was sold for , refunds will not be given because you didn't read the details or you've changed your mind!

6, I can't give refunds on earrings or underwear(unless faulty)-for hygeine reasons-Sorry!

7, ALWAYS contact me BEFORE sending items back!

8, NO PAYPAL PAYMENTS UNDER £5, I like to offer some items with free or reduced postage, I cannot do this for PAYPAL PAYMENTS UNDER £5, Due to fees I have to pay, if you want to pay by paypal I will have to ask you pay the basic cost for P&P  (from 48p second class +20p packaging charge) or pay by cheque/PO if you want the free postage offer honored.
