TERMS & CONDITIONS OF USAGE
Below you may recognise this text. This is what appears on each of my listings, giving you a brief guide of what you can and cannot do with the contents of what you are buying.

*** I, the designer am happy and encourage you to use all my designs to make projects for sale as many times as you wish. My cd's and designs are copyrighted and therefore you are NOT permitted to re-sell this kit in any form either in whole or part. Thank you. Anyone found distributing my contents will be prosecuted. I am aware that others do purchase batches of genuine peoples compilations to re-sell as there own. I am sorry to sound harsh but I will not tolerate such.I have others that will purchase cd's randomly on ebay and other domains for these reasons. ***
Each of my sheets are designed and created from scratch inclusive of assorted graphics & using a mixture of graphics and in some cases images that are from public domain, free of any royalties and those I hold current Licences for within their terms & conditions of usage & credit given where necessary.
Each Cd compilation can take weeks to produce, whereas, others may take days, it is usually evident in the prices which has taken longer to produce. This does not mean that the lower priced designs are of less quality, it simply means that not so much time has been taken.

I am happy and encourage all that buy my design craft cd's to make as many handmade projects as you wish for, personal use and those completed projects for sale also
There are NO limits to how many times you can print out the sheets and use them for the above & below mentioned terms.
YOU ARE NOT PERMITTED

To make any back up copies of my CD's

You cannot lend / borrow to a friend or family member for sharing purposes.

You may in No circumstances re colour or alter my pages/Images or contents of such including any shapes / graphics for either personal use or for your completed project layout/s (i.e. Handmade cards,scrapbook pages,tag books,tags etc.)

You may NOT re distribute these contents in anyway other than for personal use and for sale as a completed project.

This includes any electronic deliveries or inclusions into any other CD compilations.

You are BUYING the CD & their contents, YOU are NOT buying any rights of ownership toward these designs, graphics or layouts.

The ownership and interlectual property rights remain legally to Allissa Designs 2008
By purchasing any of my CD's
YOU are agreeing to these terms & conditions.
Anyone found violating these conditions will be seeked and appropriate action will be taken.
