Important Information :
This is a personalised item so please allow time for the item to be embroidered.
You should receive your item within approx 7- 14 days, depending on what the item is, this however is NOT gauranteed, it can sometimes take longer / shorter, but usually shorter.
We will notify you by email when item has been shipped.
If there is problem with your order, we WILL contact you.
If the item is for a special occasion please let us know when you (we will do our best to get it to you by then but we can not gaurantee it.)
If paying for the item by cheque please allow more time as we will not personalise the item until we have received cleared funds into our bank account.
Payment must be received within 14 days from when item is brought, after which time I will begin the ebay unpaid item process.
