Stock & Postage

Quantities listed on eBay do not reflect the physical stock in our warehouse - All of our listings state "please allow 14 working days for delivery" this is to allow us time to get your item from Ford / Peugeot / Mitsubishi if it is not in our stock and get the item out to you - Please allow at least 7 working days before asking where your item is!

Items are provided "as listed" when selling via eBay, so please read auction descriptions carefully. Returns should be made within 7 days where items are not as described. For non-faulty items we reserve the right to charge a re-stocking fee. This does not however, affect your statutory rights.

eBay Feedback

The feedback system on eBay is designed to allow both buyer and sellers to inform the community on transactions between buyers and sellers. We therefore will leave feedback once buyers have left us feedback to indicate the item has arrived safely and everyone is satisfied with the transaction where we then reciprocate.

Unpaid policy

We adhere fully to eBay's Unpaid Item Policy, bids made on eBay whether on auctions or Buy-It-Now are legally binding contracts to purchase for which eBay charge us. Therefore non-paying bidders cost eBay sellers time and money and will receive unpaid item strikes and negative feedback so only agree to purchase where you intend to complete. Please ask any questions you might have first!
