Returns Policy AllStarCostumes
If for some reason you need to return your goods please follow the instructions below.
Please note if we have accepted your best offer or you have selected a second chance offer on the item, a 25% re-stocking charge and non refund of postage will be incurred. All refunds are subject to a re-stocking charge of 10%, as we are still charged by ebay, paypal and the post office for the sale. This is applicable in all instances excluding faulty goods, wrong size and late delivery that is our fault or our couriers (does not apply to royal mail as not gauranteed delviery services).
Instructions for returning the goods.
- Items due for return should be notified to us within 7 days of receipt and returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Failure to do so will result in no refund being given.
- Before sending the goods back to us please email to obtain a returns authorization number. You will need to confirm your ebay ID, ebay item number, postcode and reason for return.
- You will need to include this returns number on the parcel and the reason for return stating whether you require a refund or replacement, otherwise we will not be able to refund you.
- Please note that goods returned to us must be in resalable condition. They must include all items of the packaging and be packed in the manner they were dispatched; in the manner you would expect to receive it. For reasons of hygiene wigs, tights, eyelashes, and masks cannot be returned.
- When returning the package please use a tracked service for your own assurance and peace of mind. Please note that proof of posting is not proof of delivery.
Returns – Faulty Goods
Should a product be faulty, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange the product. Please see instructions above on how to return your goods. Once we have received your goods in resalable condition we will refund the price of the item and the postage costs or re send another new product to you.
Returns – Wrong Size
Should a product be the wrong size due to us sending the wrong size to you in error, you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange the product. Please see instructions above on how to return your goods. Once we have received your goods in resalable condition we will refund the price of the item and the postage costs or re send another new product to you.
If the item is the wrong size and we have fulfilled the order correctly. We will happily replace your item for the correct size if you return the original at your cost and pay an additional nominal postage charge for us to re-send if the goods are required to be refunded we will refund less our 10 percent re-stocking charge and your original postage costs.
Returns – Cancelled Order
If you need to cancel your order before we have shipped your goods no charges will be incurred. If we have already shipped your item you should let us know immediately as we will happily refund or exchange the product. Please note the instructions above. Once we have received your goods in resalable condition we will refund the price of the item minus a 10 percent re-stocking charge and the postage costs or re send another new product to you.
Returns – Late Delivery
If your goods arrive with you after your party date and we are at fault i.e. we have not sent your item to you in a timely manner or the courier (not royal mail this is not a guaranteed delivery date service) is at fault by delivering the item in an untimely manner, you can return the items as described above and we will refund you including the postage charge you paid on purchase. We will also refund postage charges incurred by you for return of the goods.
If the goods arrive with you after your party date and you are at fault, for example, by choosing a first class service rather than an upgraded next day service or you are unavailable for delivery and the item is returned to us from the courier company, then please refund using the instructions above and we will refund you the purchase price you paid minus a 10 percent re stocking charge and postage costs incurred by ourselves to send the item to you.
Payment
- Buyers must pay for their items within 3 working days.
- Debit and credit cards are accepted.
- Please make all cheques and postal orders out to AllStarCostumes.
Costume Sizing
Our costume sizing is detailed as recommended by the manufacturer. These sizes are a guideline only. All costumes come in stretchy material to enable them to fit the various sizes within the recommendations.
Postage and shipping
All orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). If you require your item within a specific time period we recommend that you take up the next day delivery service as TRACKED service can take up to 3 working days. It is your responsibility to choose the correct service we will not be held responsible for goods arriving after your required date.
Feedback
Feedback is automatically generating upon you feedback to us positively. In all instances we aim to provide great customer service. Before considering leaving us negative feedback please contact us to allow us to remedy any issues.
Liability
From time to time errors can occur in listings. In these instances once notified we will rectify these within 48 hours. In all instances, you will have the choice between cancelling your order or continuing with the normal conditions of the corrected listing.
Warranty
All our costumes come with a 30-day warranty. If a fault arises within this time please return for exchange or refund.
