CUSTOMER SERVICE
We will endeavour to send out
send out all items within three working days of purchase. Therefore you should
expect your item within 5 working days. Please do not contact us before this
time has lapsed.
Should you require your item
urgently then please contact us prior to sale and we will confirm that this is
possible, and get it out to you hopefully by next day..
Please do not email us, but use
the Ebay messaging system. These messages are answered promptly throughout the
day…EMAILS ARE NOT, as we have too many to be able to read.
The same applies if you have
any other queries about an item for sale or about a return (see our returns
policy).
All queries will be dealt with,
not ignored, so please show a little patience at busy times.
RETURNS
Any
item bought at the BIN (buy it now) price will qualify for exchange or possible
refund if you do not see anything else you may like to have from our shop.
Any such item must be returned within 7 days of receipt, but you must
notify us of any item you are dissatisfied with within 3 days of receipt, when
we will issue authorisation for its return. The item must be in original
condition, free from perfume and other odours and un-marked.
Any
such item must be accompanied by your User ID and item number, otherwise we have
no way of knowing who it is from…Name and address are not good enough, as they
do not show on our Ebay SALES list.
Please
use recorded delivery for return, otherwise there is no guarantee of its arrival
and we will not take responsibility for items which do not reach us.
Items
bought at auction do not qualify for refunds. Exchange may be considered in
exceptional circumstances, but this is at our discretion.
N.B.
Only the FVF (Final value fee or cost of item) is refundable; postage and
packaging isn’t and a re-stocking fee of 10% will be charged for items which
are simply found to be unsuitable.
Faulty
goods
We have a strict quality control check before goods leave us, however in the
unlikely event that your item should be found to have a manufacturing fault, we
will issue a full refund.

Please be sure
of the size and colour of your item before you make a bid or purchase. All
sales are final. By bidding or buying you are accepting our Terms and
conditions.

Any item not
paid for after seven days will be referred to Ebay and a possible Ebay
strike will be made and negative feedback could be left.

Any bid made
in error should be reported immediately and we will endeavour to remove it
from the auction. This can only be accepted if the auction still has more
than 12 hours to run. Once the auction is finished your bid cannot be
retracted and you have entered a contract to buy.

Only items
bought at BIN price qualify for automatic refund or exchanage. The FVF will
be credited but not postage costs. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on
refunded items.

Any faulty
item will qualify for a full refund , providing the item, under examination,
proves to be a manufacturing fault.

All returns,
faulty or otherwise must be notified to us in writing to our Ebay messaging
service, within three days of receipt. An authorisation notice will be
issued and the item must then be received by us within seven working days of
receipt. Any item received outside these timescales will not be accepted,
and will be returned to the buyer.

Items bought
at auction do not qualify for refunds but an exchange may be offered at
our discretion, as long as the new item is not more expensive than the
initial item after a 10% fee has been deducted to cover postage of the new
item chosen. The same procedure of notification and return within seven days
apply as stated above.

SWIMWEAR,
LINGERIE and EROTIC CLUBWEAR (items having a gusset)…Also Earrings,
are not returnable under any circumstances unless found to be faulty.

Return postage
is the buyers responsibility with the exception of faulty items
when postage WIL be refunded by us..

We will
endeavour to get all items to you within the timescales mentioned in Customer
Services. However we will not take responsibility for delays due to outside
sources such as Postal strikes or delays with carrier companies.
None
of these clauses affect your STATUTORY RIGHTS.
