All orders completed before 3pm Monday to Friday will be despatched same day via the advertised Postal service. Items despatched for Next Business Day delivery via our courier will be delivered between 7am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday and require a signature. Our couriers will attempt to deliver twice after which your item will be returned to their depot awaiting further instructions or collection. Please note that should you wish to arrange a third delivery attempt then our couriers charge a redelivery fee of £4.59 inclusive of VAT for each redelivery attempt. Items sent by the Royal Mail Postal Service are subject to Royal Mail delivery guidelines i.e. 1-2 business days for 1st Class, 2-3 business days for 2nd Class. Please note that these times are guidelines only and that the Royal Mail do not guarantee delivery within these timescales. If your item is late we would ask that you check at your local sorting office as they are invariably there awaiting your collection.
