We are a husband and wife team who both come from a retail and service background and have worked in this field for many years, we pride ourselves on customer service and we will reply and deal promptly with any questions or issues that you may have.

We are a profesional business and we only deal with reputable suppliers, so you can be sure that our products are of good quality. Everything is brand new and unused unless we specify otherwise in our business, from time to time we do sell off sample products.

Postage and Packaging

Items are dispatched within 24 hours of cleared payment

Postage days are Monday-Friday

We will inform you via email once we have dispatched your order

For multiple orders we will combine P&P please email ourselves prior to making payment

For Special Next Day delivery please contact ourselvs for the cost

Please refer to the Royal Mail-Parcelforce website for delivery lead times

Unsuccessful deliveries resulting in the item being returned to us will be charged for redelivery

Missing Post. Once you have received notification via email from ourselves advising your item has been dispatched please be aware that your item is on its way to you. If in the rare event that your item does not arrive within the specified time on the Royal Mail/Parcelforce website please advise us at your earliest opportunity. The Royal Mail will not investigate any missing item until 15 days after the date of posting or 25 days for europe.

Items Received damaged. We only sell brand new products. Before posting we do inspect every item before it is wrapped to ensure that there are no faults before it is posted. On the rare occassion that an item does arrive damaged, please advise ourselves as soon as possible to ensue that we can deal with this matter promptly.
