We offer a 7-day money back guarantee. You are free to change your mind about your purchase within 7 days of receiving the product where you purchase an item on a "buy it now". Items on "auction" are not refundable.

We are unable to accept returns of the products that have been installed, fitted or used.

All returns request must be communicated in writing via email or post.

Due to the nature of air conditioning units, refund of the cost of the products is wholly conditional upon the conditions below being met and the refund authorised only after a full inspection of the products by our Returns department to check for completeness and correct product return. We will not make any reduction to the refunded purchase price if the unit is returned owing to a defect.

• Products received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging including all accessories and in a re-sellable condition: You will be refunded the full invoice amount less 20% of the purchase price to cover the cost of delivery.
• Products received back complete as NEW and unused and in original box and packaging but with accessories missing: You will be refunded the full Invoice price - less 20% of the purchase price and cost of accessories.
• Products received back not in a re-sellable condition: We are unable to accept these back under the above terms and the products will be returned back to you at your cost.

We will not be held responsible for products damaged in transit on the return where return courier is arranged by the buyer. The buyer will need to raise the claim with his/her nominated courier.

Note: We will email you the return number and label once the form is submitted. You must affix this number on the returned products.
