Payment

We accept payment via Paypal and Personal Cheque. Through Paypal we also accept credit card funded payments. If you are going to send us a cheque for payment please contact us to say you are paying in this manner. All cheques are payable to Agri-Supply UK. Write the item number on the back of the cheque. When it has cleared you will be notified and your item will be dispatched to you. On receipt cheques usually take around 3 working days to clear. Items that are collected in person can also be paid in cash if preferred.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your item please contact us and we will look to rectify the issue. If you wish to return the item please do so within 7 days of you receiving it. Due to our competitive pricing we cannot carry the burden of paying for postage on returned items so this must be paid by the customer.

Delivery

All orders will be charged a capped delivery charge of only £6.95. If you have paid more than you should have on postage this will be refunded as quickly as possible. This capped delivery charge includes all items in our store.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items in transit unless postal insurance is taken out by the customer. We will always look to use the safest and most effcient way of sending your item. If lost or damaged we will do our best to get a replacement product to you as quickly as possible.

Orders received before 12pm on weekdays will be dispatched the same day providing the item is in stock. The vast majority of order will be taken from stock so immediate dispatch can be achieved. We use next day delivery on most of our products such as energisers and battery chargers so you should receive your item very quickly. We pride ourselves on the speed of delivery, please see our feedback!

Stock

We stock a wide range of electric fencing products outside our Ebay listings. If you cannot see anything you need please contact us and we can list it for you. For example we stock all Rutland electric fence energisers but don't always list them all. So if you are looking for an energiser other than the ones we have listed please contact us and we will tell you the price. We also have extensive stocks of electric fencing products, so if you don't see something you need, please let us know. We also stock the full range of CTEK battery chargers so if you do not see the one you need listed please contact us and we can give you a price.

All Rutland energisers are covered by a two year manufacturers warranty.
