What is your return policy?

If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, please return for a refund. Items must be returned in excellent condition with all tags attached. Regarding faults or damage, refund or replacement is subject to inspection by the manufacturer and/or Royal Mail. Postage and packing are not refundable unless there is an error or fault.

For UK customers, postage is free for additional items purchased. For other countries we have a discount structure shown at the bottom of each advertisement under post and packing.

For UK customers, postage is usually by first class post so next day delivery is often achieved. However please allow 4 working days for delivery and please note that first class post does not guarantee quick delivery. Will UK customers who need guaranteed quick delivery please send an extra £3.50 via Pay Pal using the Send Money tab.

How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?

Post and Packing charges are shown just below the price in every advertisement. The amount charged is a standard amount for smaller items and includes packing materials, labour, overheads and insurance. For larger things it also depends on size, weight, quantity and distance. Significant savings can be achieved by multiple item purchases.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we post all over the world. Shipping costs to most countries are shown at the bottom of each advertisement. Air mail takes 3 to 5 days from the date of posting for all parts of the world. Please note though that the postal service in some countries is slow, so it can take longer.

Please remember to enter your size and colour details in the space reserved for comments when making your payment by PayPal. If you forget to do this, please send a message after making your payment.

Can I pay by cheque?

Cheques take at least ten days to clear and are subject to postage and other delays. Please pay by Pay Pal for quick delivery and supreme piece of mind. Always make sure the padlock shown on the edge of your screen is closed before giving your payment details. All payments must be in £ sterling. Pay Pal will take care of this automatically.

What sort of Guarantee do you offer?

All products sold have the full manufacturers guarantee. If there is a fault, please ensure all items returned are freshly washed and dry, (unless unused) as manufacturers will send back soiled items. Care must be taken to follow the washing instructions. You may need to use Tech Wash or pure soap flakes and not ordinary washing powder (detergent).
