We aim to get your item to you as soon as possible in good condition. Our feedback tells us that we achieve this very well. Upon dispatch, each customer should get an email to inform them that their item is on the way. If you have not received this it's possible that the email is in your Spam folder, particularly in the case of AOL, Yahoo and Hotmail users.
For purchases of single items
or multiples of one item, the postage as listed will be charged for one item
only. If you buy 100, you only pay postage for the first.
Delivery is the same
to anywhere in the UK including offshore islands and Northern Ireland.
All prices include VAT at 17.5%.
If your order is shipped by Royal Mail and does not arrive, we will not refund or replace the item until a period of 14 days has passed from dispatch. At such time, an investigation will be launched by Royal Mail to track down your item. Your first port of call in the event of non or late delivery should be your local sorting office.
