General

All references to the 'company' will refer to Styl. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company.

Products

All products are subject to availability. In the event of non-availability, we will notify the customer as soon as possible, whereby possible alternatives shall be offered, or a refund given.

Products are sold singly unless otherwise stated. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all colours, sizes and descriptions of all products. However, due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days without giving a reason. This time period starts from the day after the consumer receives the goods.

Please return any items in their original packaging to the company in exchange for a replacement product or a refund of the value of the item(s). Postage costs will only be refunded in the event of a fault on our part (eg. supplying a faulty or incorrect item).

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery

Items ordered will be delivered as soon as possible to the customer in accordance with the requested delivery service, with a maximum duration of 30 days in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. The company cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery of failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier. Liability in such cases is limited to the value of those items, which are shown to have been received by the customer.

Ownership

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of the company until final payMent of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by the company.
