Payment

Payment is due within 7 days of purchase please or immediately if using Buy It Now. Non-paying bidders will be reported to eBay and negative feedback left - so please, only bid if you want to purchase.

Paypal is preferred as your purchase can be processed more promptly. Please note that personal and business cheques will need to clear before items are dispatched. VAT at 17.5% is included in the total order value and an invoice can be provided.

Postage & Packing

All items are sent by a Royal Mail Signed For service. If you should choose more than one item, I am happy to send up to 3 additional prints of the same or smaller size, in the same package, for NO additional cost. Delivery outside of the UK mainland will be at extra cost.

International Orders

International orders for prints are always very welcome, with payment by Paypal only.

Dispatch Times

I keep a stock of popular prints and cards, ready to send. Some prints are produced on receipt of order however, so please allow 3 days for printing and preparing to allow time for natural drying. Custom prints and canvases will need longer so please allow 5 days. However, if you need an item quickly please contact me - I will always try to help.

Money-back Guarantee

I want everyone who purchases one of my prints to be pleased and I take the utmost care to ensure that every one is produced to a high standard. However, if for any reason you are not 100% happy with your purchase, please contact me then return the print in the original packaging, complete with certificate, and I will either exchange it for another or provide a refund. Please be aware that postage costs are non-refundable however.

Other Items

Occasionally other items may be offered for sale. Payment terms will be the same as for prints except that postage costs will vary and will be shown in the item description. International delivery may not be possible on all items so please check the item description before bidding.
