Q. Are the items you are selling brand new?
A. We only sell brand new items. We do not sell
used jewellery.
Q.Are you selling real jewellery?
A. All our jewellery are real and genuine. We do
not sell fake or lab created gemstones. Our diamonds are
not treated or enhanced in any way.
Q.Can the ring be resized?
A. Normally most our rings can be easily re-sized
up or down 3-4 sizes by any of your local jeweller or anyone
who does jewellery repairing. For e.g. M size ring can be
stretched up to Q and lowered down to J. However, many styles
of ring (such as eternity bands) are not sizeable or difficult
(invisible set) to size.
Q.Do you offer ring sizing?
A. Normally we recommend ring sizing be done by
a local jeweller. This way if any adjustments are needed
they can do it right away without you having to ship the
item back to us. Only if your jeweller is unable to do it
for you in an extreme case we will re-size it and send it
back to you however then the item becomes non-returnable
because in order to take an item back the item has to be
in its original condition.
Q.I liked your baguette diamonds full
eternity ring and have never seen such before but unfortunately
it is not my size. Can you help me to get my dream ring?
A. Yes we can make your dream come true. Being
a manufacturer we can make any of these rings as per your
size. Please ask for a quote, if possible we’ll list
the product on EBay and you can make a purchse.
Order &Delivery FAQ
Q. I am an international customer. Can you do expedited
delivery? A. Although we normally do the international
shipments through Royal mail which takes 12-15 working days,
we can expedite the delivery by shipping through FedEx courier
service. Please confirm the cost and we will arrange it
for you.
Q. If I send the payment today, how fast can you
ship? A. All items are normally in stock and
ship out next day but in case they are out for hallmarking
and there is a delay there, we attempt to ship latest within
3-4 working days of clearance of payments. Our shipping
cutoff time is 1.00 pm. So if we receive your payment before
that we can ship your order out the same day if required.
Orders paid by personal check will be shipped once the check
clears which can take up to 4 to 5 business days.
Q. Can I return an item if I don't like it, and
if so, how? A. We offer a 14 day “NO
HASSLE Return” on all our items. We have
a returns procedure for you to follow which can be found
in our 14 Days Return section on the website.
Please note that 'special order' items are not eligible
for our 14 day money back guarantee.
Q. I want you to deliver the item to different address
as want to give my partner a surprise. Can you do that? A. Yes, that's not a problem at all.

Q.I won an auction. What should
I do and where do I send the payment? A. If you have won an auction you should
first do the checkout and then send the payment. You should
also wait to do the checkout if you are waiting for other
auctions to close. We will send you an email with all the
relevant payment details like our address (if paying by
cheque), bank details (if paying by bank transfer).
Q. I will be paying through a personal cheque. How
long will it take to receive my lovely ring? A. Please allow 3-4 working days for the
cheque to get cleared. We will ship the product immediately
on clearance of cheque, if the product is ready.
Q. I sent payment by PayPal.com but I am not sure
if payment has gone through or not A. The easiest way to find out if a payment
has been sent by PayPal.com is to log into your PayPal.com
account and click on the History tab. The History section
will show you all the payments you have successfully sent.
Q. What is address confirmation at PayPal? Why is
it necessary? A. PayPal confirms the delivery address
with your credit card address in order to make sure that
you are the genuine owner of the credit card on their system.
You must have registered and verified yourself with PayPal
but getting your address confirmed is necessary. As only
when you have a confirmed address any payment sent becomes
eligible for seller protection policy. In case, the payment
gets reversed due to lack of funds or used by a fraud (it
does happen!!), the seller is then covered by PayPal.
Q. How do I get myself confirmed?
A. You need to contact PayPal to provide you with a four
digit no (an expanded user no.) in your credit card statement.
You have to then call up your credit card provider to get
the no. if you don't want to wait till your next statement
arrives. Finally, you log on to PayPal and use that no.
to get yourself verified. Although, this may sound a bit
complex bit is actually not that difficult to follow.
Q. I won an auction but I do not wish to complete
the transaction. A. Bidding on eBay is a binding contract.
If you do not intend to honor your bid please do not bid.
We report non paying bidders to eBay and they can then face
suspension on eBay.
Q. Will I be charged VAT?
