Payment
We can accept payment for all our auctions by the following methods. Some are only applicable for UK customers.

Paypal (no surcharges)

Cheques drawn on a UK bank. UK Postal Orders.

If you do not live in the UK and as such do not have a UK bank account, we cannot accept any kind of cheques (checks) from you. No International Money Orders.

PLEASE NOTE
The DVD image in individual auctions is a general representation of the item you will receive. Sometimes the cover will vary, although the program/movie will be as advertised.

As we sell Age Restricted products, we will only sell to adults aged 18+. As an eBay account holder you have declared that this is the case, and that you are responsible for the actions of all users who may use your account. Please ensure that anyone using your account, other than yourself, is legally entitled to purchase age restricted goods.

Postage/Shipping
All postage charges are clearly shown in the auction/shop listings. We will never add on any extras unless you specifically ask for an alternative shipping method. You will agree to pay any increased charges for the requested postal method.
Our postage/handling charges include more than the price of a stamp. We will not go into the exact calculations how we worked out the figures, but we believe them to be fair and compare well with the majority of other sellers on eBay selling similar items.

We will combine postage for DVD purchases only. NON-DVD items are sent separately, and unfortunately we cannot combine postage on those.

For non-UK customers, any orders sent outside of the UK may be subject to import duty/taxes when being imported into your country. You will be responsible for the payment of these fees and you are deemed to accept this when making an order through us. Any goods returned to us due to non-payment of import taxes will not be accepted, and we shall not make a refund for any such goods.  We WILL NOT declare items as Gifts, and the full value of your purchase will be shown on the customs declaration (if needed).

Returns and Refunds Policy
We have a legal obligation to set out conditions for return items. We do not like to see unhappy buyers, and if we can do anything to help within our power, we will always try to work towards your final satisfaction. There are some cases where unfortunately, that is not always possible.

If you make a purchase on ebay, your bid is binding. If you do not want the item, please refrain from bidding. Once a bid is made you must complete the purchase. Please check ebays policy for full clarification. As a business seller, we do have to work within the Distance Selling Regulations. Therefore, no matter what guidelines eBay set out, if you decide within 7 days of making a purchase that you no longer want the item, please let us know so we can cancel your order. You do not need to give a reason. However, just because we agree to cancel an order does not mean we will not file a complaint with eBay in respect of non-payment. If you are already in receipt of the item, it must be returned in the condition it was received, ie unused. If it was a factory sealed DVD, the wrapping should still be present. Once opened, unless it is faulty, we will not accept it back for a refund.

If an item is received damaged or faulty we will gladly replace it upon its return. You are responsible for ensuring that it arrives back with us. We will not entertain any claims for replacement items unless we are in receipt of the faulty/damaged goods. We will reimburse your return postage up to a maximum of £1.49. If when we test the item it is found to work perfectly, we will return it back to you at your cost and we will not refund your original return postage costs.

If an item goes astray in the mail, we will gladly replace it with an identical one. A timescale is in place which is set by Royal Mail. We work to those dates and cannot take any action until a certain number of days* after we posted the item to you. If we cannot replace it, we will offer a full refund including your postage costs. Once a refund is given we have no further commitment to supply the said goods.

UK* - 15 days after our posting date.
Europe* - 20 days after our posting date
ROW* - 25 days after our posting date

If your item has still not arrived after the above number of days have elapsed, we will need an email from you confirming your full name and address and confirming non receipt of your item. We will then use this email as evidence to support our claim for lost mail. Please note that it is an offence to make a false claim of missing mail and action could be taken by Royal Mail which could result in criminal prosecution.
