| A:We here at Angels.Boutique want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases, we accept returns if you are not happy with your items. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:We love to combine shipping! Depending on the weight (if it's not too heavy) you will only pay one shipping charge, 7 GBP for Europe and 12 GBP Worldwide. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:We usually ship every week day, so to the UK and Europe shipments usually take about a week to a week and a half, for the rest of the world it depends where you are. For example Australia and the USA it might take up to 4 weeks. Everything we ship out is TRACKED through WWW.CTT.PT choose the ENGLISH version. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Since everything has to be shipped TRACKED AND REGISTERED we charge 7 GBP for EUROPE and 12 GBP WORLDWIDE. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Definitely, there is no problem shipping worldwide as long as you are aware of the time it takes to get there. |
| Q:What happens if shipping is taking forever? |

| A:Sadly shipping is a bit out of our control. Althgouh we do offer tracked services there are times when things get lost in the mail. We will open a complaint with the postal office and usually it takes about 3 to 4 weeks to get this solved. |
| Q:What are the payments you accept? |

| A:We accept PAYPAL and Bank transfers in EUROPE only and in EUROS only. We do not accept money orders nor do we accept personal checks. |
