I prefer paypal but I will accept cheques and postal orders if payment is sent promptly. Items are posted 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, and I aim to dispatch within 48 hours of payment, although more often than not it will be within 24 hours. Please allow five working days for cheques to clear.

On the rare occasion an item is found to be faulty or not as described I will give a full refund including postage. I believe in good customer care and can understand that sometimes an item may not be quite what you expected or may not fit properly, so to take this into account I am happy to accept returned items. Postage under these circumstances is non-refundable and returns will be subject to a restocking fee of 15% to cover eBay re-listing and final value fees. Please notify me first, within three days of receipt, before returning item.
