Terms and Conditions

• Most of the items I sell are previously owned but they will always be described accurately and any flaws etc mentioned. I have very high personal standards regarding the items I sell so I wouldn't consider selling something that I wouldn't be happy with myself.
• Sometimes I will sell very old or TLC items for restoration or just to bring back memories but these will be described as such. Also previously owned vintage items will always show some signs of age, thats what makes them authentic.
• I spend a great deal of time describing my items accurately so I appreciate it if you take the time to read the description carefully before bidding and ask any questions before the end of the auction or before going ahead with a buy it now.
• I usually dispatch your purchases within one working day of receiving your cleared payment. I will send you an email to let you know when I have sent your purchase, in the unlikely event that you do not receive your package within one week from receiving my email I would ask you to let me know in order for me to chase the matter up with the post office. I alway obtain a certificate of posting.
• I ask that you leave positive feedback if you are happy with your items in order for me to keep up to date with my records. I don't hold my buyers to ransom by waiting for feedback to be left before I leave mine, I just find that checking for positive feedback and then leaving positive feedback is the easiest way of making sure everyone is happy.
• Obviously if you are not happy I would want you to get in touch first before leaving any feedback. Leaving neutral or negative feedback before allowing me to try to resolve any problems is unfair and doesn't really help to solve problems.
• I am here to provide a good service so I don't want anyone to go away from loopyloobits feeling unhappy.
• I accept paypal from UK and overseas buyers. UK buyers can also pay by personal cheque, postal orders or building society cheque.
• I do not give out my bank details to anyone so please don't ask to transfer money.
• All items should be paid for within 7 days.
• In the unlikely event that the item you received is not as described or is faulty I will be happy to work with you to organise any refund or replacement and return of the item, I sell a variety of items and ship worldwide so return of items will have to be dealt with individually. Obviously if an item is to be returned due to being faulty I would not ask you to pay for return postage. All my items are from a non smoking home unless I specify and if something is to be returned in the cooling off period they would have to be in the same condition as they were received.Also if an item is to be returned during the cooling off period you must inform me in writing within 7 working days of receiving the item and you must pay for return postage and packaging, item must be carefully packaged and a certificate of postage obtained, it must be returned within 14 days. I cannot refund until the item is returned in a satisfactory condition. The cooling off period does not cover auction items and it doesn't mean that you just don't pay for your order !. for more information on distant selling regulations you can check the government website by searching under businesslink and please see my return policy. 
• By bidding on an auction item or purchasing a buy it now item you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
