Allgold make no additional charge for payments made by these methods, international customers should be aware that there maybe fees payable to their own banking institution for these facilities. Customers should ensure that the correct amount in sterling reaches our account and that transfer and currency exchange fees are paid at the buyers end. Cheques should be made payable to Allgold of Sevenoaks and payable in sterling unless otherwise agreed. Items paid for by these methods maybe be sent to customers PO Box numbers upon agreement, we may require additional ID proof, otherwise all items without will be dispatched to confirmed Ebay addresses ONLY!.

Electronic payments are subject to a strict validation process (see 3D-secure payment sytem information) and these options may not be available to all customers and we reserve the right to only offer certain payment methods or reject payments made either by credit / debit card or Paypal which do not meet this criteria. We list as many payment options as possible for the convenience of our customers for which the majority will have all options open to them. These items must be sent to the customers card billing address or in the case of Paypal their registered primary address.
WE CHARGE NO ADDITION FEES ON CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS EXCEPT AUCTIONS MARKED AS INVESTMENT OR BULLION PACKAGE WHEN A CHARGE OF 2% WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR TOTAL FOR CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS ONLY.
PAYPAL
Paypal is accepted on all auctions and store items except ‘Investment and Bullion packages’ and is subject to a £1000 limit. Only payments from 'confirmed' Paypal account holders will be accepted, we will reject payments from 'unconfirmed' accounts and request payment in another method. The reason is simply that we are only covered against losses from Paypal account holders with confirmed accounts and unfortunately it is not possible for users in many countries to do this and therefore Paypal will not be an option.
Investment and Bullion package Payments
Due to the gold's continuous price movements payment is required within 5 days of purchase, if payment is not received in this time we reserve the right to cancel the contract and redeem our costs from ebay under the non-payment process. We have taken this step to protect ourselves from bidders waiting to see if gold rises before paying or declining if gold falls. Due to the very small profit made on bullion coins and wish to supply customers with the best possible we charge a 2% processing fee for credit card payments on bullion and investment coins which goes to offset the 2.5% the banks charge us.
Processing charge will show in the optional part of your invoice simply include this if paying by credit card or decline if paying by another method.
NO CHARGE IS MADE FOR DEBIT CARD PAYMENTS
Cash Payments and Western Union
Are no longer accepted due to a change in Ebay policy which forbids us from offering these options.
