* We do NOT accept any responsibility for Items shipped to Italy and would prefer Italien customers NOT to make a purchase. The Italy Post is very unreliable and we will not accept responsibility for loss. You purchase at your own risk.
Please make payment within 7 days of purhcase. If you are unable to do so please contact us via the ebay messaging system and we will be happy to help. Unpaid items will be filed to an unpaid item dispute, which if not responded to could result in an unpaid item strike being issued.

Returns Policy.
If you wish to return an item to us you MUST contact us first and return your purchase with the returns form which we will provide.
We do trade fairly and aim to offer the best customer service. The terms above are set to ensure a smooth transaction and quality service for all customers. We will only offer refunds in the following circumstances;
- Purchase Error: Customer has made genuine mistake with ordering procedures leaving us unable to process order in time - in which case, after refund is issued we will seek to reclaim the fees taken from us by eBay in the form of an unpaid item dispute. We will state that the customer has received a refund but can’t be held responsible for any unpaid item strikes issued to the customer, by eBay for non-response to the dispute. This is an automatic process subject to eBay’s buying policies.
- Sizes not received or Late arrivals or Unwanted Items: Where the customer does not return size information or no longer requires goods due to late delivery caused by the customer not ordering within the stated timescale, where sizes were not provided OR if a customer no longer requires an item received, We will offer refunds MINUS the original Postage costs and these will also be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customer will also be responsible for return postage.
- Faulty Items: We will only offer refunds on faulty UNWORN items. Being experienced ravers, we are aware of the stress that garments can be put through during hard raving and will not accept responsibility for damage or faults caused by or acquired during hard stomping! Please inspect your garment before partying and contact us immediately if there is a problem so that a solution can be agreed.
- Non-Receipt of goods: We always obtain proof of posting. All outfits are sent via next day special delivery. In the unfortunate event of an order going missing in the post, we will seek to claim compensation from Royal Mail and will aim to issue replacements to customers if required. However, for items sent via first class post or recorded delivery we must allow 3 weeks before issuing a replacement or refund. Most items will either require a signature or will not fit through a letter box therefore may be held at your towns sorting office or with a neighbour. We should make you aware that some postmen do not leave cards - naughty but common.
- Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of any unavoidable or unforeseen circumstances on the seller’s behalf, resulting in the inability to complete the order in a timely manor, the customer will be contacted and a refund will be issued as soon as possible.
PLEASE NOTE: Returns are only accepted when agreed prior with customer. When you are making a return you MUST obtain proof of posting and retain this receipt in case of loss. We can not be held responsible for returned items that do not reach us and can only help the customer to make a claim for compensation with the proof of posting.
DISCLAIMER:
All clothing items are made to order and to size unless otherwise stated. We cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your screen will match the colour of the garment you receive. We photograph our products using professional photographers who use industry software to ensure our images are a perfect colour match, however peoples individual computer monitors may not be correctly colour calibrated, which may make colours appear different. In this circumstance we are not able to accept respobsibility.
We will not send any clubwear orders until measurements or size information is received from the customer.
For colour specific fluffy legwarmers, we will send standard sizes if no measurements are received within 10 days but we will give priority to customers who have returned te size information.
We will not accept responsibility for delays caused by the following:
- Misdirected or non receipt of electronic correspondence due to incorrect customer user information or email addresses or contact information registered to the applicable eBay account through which the order is placed.
- Non receipt or misdirected correspondence caused by customers having junk or spam mail filters on email accounts.
- Late receipt of measurements in accordance with the guidelines stated above.
- Items delayed in the post or not received due to incorrect address details registered on the user eBay account. We will deliver to alternate address but this must be confirmed by a telephone call or email from the customer.
We aim to describe our service, products and terms as often as possible and as clearly as possible. We will not accept responsibility for errors or delays caused by customers not reading product descriptions or store policy correctly.
