Postage and payment
Payments must be received no later than 10 days after close of auction. Our standard methods of dispatch are the Post Office and Parceline for next day deliveries. Ceramic/Resin/Porcelain items are NOT insured for damage unless sent by Special Delivery (up to 2 kilos only). Items over 2 kilos in weight are covered for loss only.
