 | Q: Do you accept Dollars, Euros or other international currencies? |

 | A: We will only accept GB Pounds Sterling (£). International customers are encouraged to use PayPal as it will convert the currency on your behalf. All other currencies will be refused, returned and your item will be marked as 'unpaid' until the correct currency is received. |
 | Q: When will my item be delivered? |

 | A: Items are dispatched daily (Monday - Friday) but sadly not on weekends, bank or public holidays. We try to dispatch all items as soon as we are able to. |
 | Q: My item has not arrived and it should have been delivered by now, what should I do? |

 | A: The first port of call is contacting your local Postal Depot.
When an item is too big to fit through a letter box (or is otherwise unable to be delivered). The postal services should leave a card giving instructions on how to proceed but these cards have been known to go missing.
If the item is not at the postal depot, contact us asap. |
 | Q: My item is damaged, what should I do? |

 | A: Contact us asap describing the fault with the product and we will supply you with information about getting the item returned and either refunded or replaced (return postage is also refunded). |
 | Q: What do TP/TPB/TPBK mean? |

 | A: These are abbreviations for 'Trade Paperback' (Graphic Novel) that were used on some of our early listings. |
 | Q: Is this item Hard Cover or Soft Cover? |

 | A: All graphic novels are soft cover unless otherwise stated. |
