All orders over 2kg weight will be sent via courier and will require a signature on delivery, please check for any signs of damage BEFORE signing !! if items have been signed for as (received in good condition) and then you later find they are damaged it is to late for me to do anything about it. we aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. next day delivery is not the next day after payment but next day after item has been dispatched. if you wish to return a purchase you may do so, but we must be notified within 7 days and item must be returned within 14 days the buyer is responsible for returning the goods to us in original condition ie unopened and tagged attached in this instance refund given will be item cost only as postage costs have already been out laid.
