Payment Options
To make a payment via credit card, please use Paypal or telephone our office on 01978 661477 (Please don't email card details. If you get our answerphone leave your name and telephone number and we will call you back to process payment).
We are also happy to accept cheque or postal orders. Please make payable to Along Came Baby Ltd. If paying by cheque or postal order we only ship goods upon receipt of cleared funds. Please allow 7 days handling for cheques and 3 days for postal orders
You can collect from our warehouse store but please let us know when you are coming so that your order is ready (Tel: 01978 661477). You may pay on collection (There will be no carriage charge for collection orders & we will refund your post if you've already paid at ebay checkout)

Delivery Information
We hold stock of all items (with the exception of furniture unless otherwise stated). This allows us to ship your goods as soon as we receive cleared payment. Delivery is normally within a couple of days although we do ask that you allow between 3 – 5 days before chasing a delivery.
These services are for UK mainland & Northern Ireland only. Please contact us for Offshore & International Shipment Fees which vary dependent upon weight & location.
Smaller Items are delivered by Royal Mail. Larger items will be delivered via DHL 48 Hour Service. Nursery Furniture will be delivered direct from the supplier and you should allow approx 4 – 6 weeks. Delivery Charges vary and are clearly displayed on each listing. We aim to offer competitive rates based purely on our cost of postage and packing materials. From time to time we may offer free of charge service on certain product ranges. We reserve the right to withdraw these offers without notice.
All deliveries are made Monday – Friday (Except Royal Mail who will also deliver on a Saturday). If you are not there when the courier delivers, they will leave you a calling card with details for rearranging the delivery.
Items over £30 in value are always sent recorded delivery. We always obtain proof of postage.
Order Cancellation
As the majority of our orders are despatched the same day, it is not always possible to cancel the items before they are sent. In the first instance you should contact us via Ebay message, email or phone. If the item has not been despatched the order will be cancelled and your payment refunded. If the goods have already been despatched then you must follow our returns procedure.
Product Returns
In accordance with the distance selling regulations, we will accept all purchases back within 14 days of delivery. Goods must be returned unused in original packaging, in a fully saleable condition.

Upon receipt of goods we will inspect item(s) and process your refund within 48 hours where possible. We will not refund any postal costs.
In the rare case that your product is delivered faulty / becomes faulty within 14 days of delivery, please contact us for advice before returning product(s).
We advise that you return items using a traceable method, recorded delivery or courier tracking as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
