
Our Returns Policy
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality products and believe you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you are unhappy with the product and wish to exchange you can return it to us following the steps outlined below.
Exchange Goods
If you return the product in its original condition including tags and packaging, we will provide you with a same cost alternative. Carriage costs for delivering an exchanged item will be charged.
Unsuitable Items
We are happy to refund the cost of the goods excluding postage if an item is unsuitable if we are notified within 14 days of receipt of the item. The item must be unworn and in original condition when returned.
Incorrect/Faulty Goods
If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will refund or exchange the full value including all postages. In the unlikely event of these happening please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the items back to us.
Time Limit
A1 Clothing must be informed of any exchanges sought or notified of faulty or incorrectly sent purchases within 14 days of receipt of goods. |
