We want to make your shopping experience a good one. We try our best to get things right all the time. Where we get things wrong, we will ensure you are treated fairly and promptly. We ask that the item is returned within 14 days from receipt, and the barcode tags are in place. You do not need to message us to ask for a return or exchange, but if you do, please only contact us via the ebay messages system - this is the quickest and most efficient method. If you decide that an item is not for you then you may return it back to us in 2 easy steps:
STEP ONE:
Fill in the returns form that was included in your parcel. If you have lost the form, then download it from our hosting site by clicking the image below. Once you see the enlarged images - rick click it and print off. Note you do not need to message us regarding a return, all the information we need is on the form.
STEP TWO:
Post the package back with the form fully completed, with the original packaging and the barcode tag in place. If you remove the barcode tag, we will not under any circumstances refund the item.
Our commitments to you
- We will refund 100% of the shop price, less postage (we dont charge handling fees)
- Refunds will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the item back. This time allows for availlibility of paypal funds and administration time.
We from you that:
- red barcode tags is in place if you return the item
- garments are undamaged, free of damage, strong smells and have not been worn, other than to try for size
- return the item via a recorded delivery service
- if you need to contact us, you use the ebay message system - our resources are gear towards this method of communication
