BIDDING

• Please do not bid if you have no intention of buying, serious bidders only
• Please calculate the total amount including P&P and/or insurance if stated in item desription before you place a bid
• If you have no feedback history or if you have a negative feedback rating please e-mail us before you place a bid with your name, address and phone number
• We reserve the right to refuse high bidders having zero, negative or all non-registered bidders
• Please read carefully this whole section before you place a bid.

PAYMENT

• Payment must be received within 3-5 days of completion of purchase.
• If payment (or e-mail communication) is not received during this period, the item will be re-listed, appropriate feedback posted and eBay informed to recover our wasted costs
• We prefer Paypal as a payment method. We don't pass PayPal's fees to buyers who prefer to pay this way
• Also we accept Personal Cheque, Postal Orders or cash on your own risk (please note the auction ITEM NUMBER and delivery address on any payment other then PayPal)
• OVERSEAS buyers (outside UK) are to use PayPal ONLY
• We will combine postage for all items that are payed for together. Combined postage will be calculated by the highest postage cost first then agreeded cost of each additional item purchased. If P&P for each additional is not stated in item description please contact us before paying, but if it doesn't please either ammend to the correct amount or e-mail me and i'll send the correct total.Combine postage cost it's possible only if the items are won within max 6 days.

SHIPPING

• Orders are generally shiped within three days of recieving full payment
• Item will ONLY be sent after CLEARED payment has been received. Please note bear in mind that if you're intending to pay other method then PayPal please be aware it can take up to 10 working days to clear it once received
• If delivery address is different then registered to PayPal/E-bay please let us know ASAP by e-bay message system. We reserve the rights to cancel your purchase if delivery address seems suspicial. Please note that refund will be done ASAP
• All orders will be shipped via 2nd class Royal Mail unless otherwise stated in item descryption.
• Additional fees apply if recorded delivery or registered post is used.
• Postage costs are given for the UK only - if bidding from outside the UK please e-mail me for shipping costs
• Insurance is available but not calculated in P&P costs. If you would like us to send with insurance please ask via e-bay message system about correct P&P amount
• All delivery timescales are guidelines provided by the Royal Mail, as they are guidelines they are not definite dates.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

- If there is any problem with our product we will give you a full refund. We do NOT refund postage. - Returns accepted within 7 days as long as the item is in original packaging and unused. - We will obtain a proof of posting but do NOT take responsibility for items lost in the post
• We offer To keep our costs and selling prices low, we do not unfortunately offer any form of
• return or refund for items purchased. There are few exceptions:
• a) In unlikely event that an item is lost or damage in the post, a certificate
• of postage insures your item against that situation. If this is the case
• please allow 14 days from when was dispatched before claim can be
• processed and refund sent.
• b) We will always refund if we're fault. We try to make our listings as honest as
• possible although we are human and we can make mistake. If you find it
• to be not as described, please contact us by e-bay message systems
• with a note of the problem within 2 days of receiving the item. Buyer is
• responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping item back. Once recived,
• We'll check item and if we agree that is faulty or not as adverised we'll
• either send full refund or send replacement if avaible.
• After period of 2 days, we reserve the right to refuse refund.
• An item must be returned to us in the condition they were recived.
