UK Customers Only
Delivery time
We post every day & items should normally be received within 3days of purchase when first class is selected & up to 5 days when second class is chosen. In most cases it is faster than this.
Recorded Delivery
We offer recorded delivery on all our items. We do not use this option to make more money, this is why we strongly advise it if you are purchasing any item or items over £30. If you purchase any more than 1 item from us then you will only need to pay once for recorded delivery. We only charge 90p to send items recorded delivery, no matter how large or number of items with in the order.
Proof of postage
We get proof of postage for every item we post which is our proof that we have sent your items out. If the items goes missing in the post & they are over £30 & recorded delivery has not been paid for, then we can only offer you a refund/exchange up to that value of £30.
Combined Delivery
We are & in most cases have reviewed our combined delivery postage to give you the customer an even better deal when buying multiple items. We have a postage ref on all the item descriptions that relate to the below text.

Example: We will used the highest postage cost as the main charge & then add the relevant additional items costs of any other purchases to get the total postage cost.
EG: you purchase 4 items 1 X at postage ref A, 2 at postage ref B & 1 x at postage C. Postage C is the highest postage cost at £2.99 1st class then we would take the 2 additional postage from post ref B which is 90p each (£1.80 for them both) then we would take the additional postage cost for postage ref A which is also 90p. So £2.99 + 90p + 90p + 90 = Total postage of £5.69 1st class.
Items won in an Auction
Combined delivery is not available with any auction items. Auction items delivery is as stated on the details & delivery costs. If more than 1 item is won on an Auction then the complete postage cost for each individual item is added together.
Posting abroad (international postings)
As with the UK postage we now use a simple matrix to work out the postage costs of multiple items (this does not include however any items won in an auction). Please refer to the text below

£2.25 Standard international postage + £1.25 for additional items
£5.50 internationally signed for (guaranteed up to £35) + 50p for any additional item
Ref B:
£2.75 Standard international postage + £1.25 for additional items
£5.99 internationally signed for (guaranteed up to £35) + 50p for any additional item
Ref C:
£3.65 Standard international postage + £1.55 for additional items
£6.99 internationally signed for (guaranteed up to £35) + 90p for any additional item
Ref D:
£3.99 Standard international postage + £1.79 for additional items
£7.49 internationally signed for (guaranteed up to £35) + 90p for any additional item
Ref E:
£5.49 Standard international postage + £5.49 for additional items
£7.99 internationally signed for (guaranteed up to £35) + £1.00 for any additional item
Additional insurance to cover items over £35 can be taken out on any international postage for £1.50. This can only be taken if Internationally signed for is paid for.
