TERMS AND CONDITIONS Your right To Cancel You have the right to cancel your order with us at any time before the expiry of 7 days from the day after the date of delivery. Please note that if your order has been processed we are unable to cancel it and therefore return costs are at your expense. If the delivery address refuse delivery of the goods or if you do not respond to the "sorry we missed you" card left by our driver, your order will be returned to the sender (4COOCHYCOO) and you will be charged for the return of the order. Wrong Delivery Address Inputted If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, 4COOCHYCOO cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result. If items display a manufacturing fault after 14 days but within the guarantee period we will repair or send spare parts to you free of charge. Accidental damage and damaged caused by misuse is not covered by this guarantee and therefore a charge will be made. If you have damaged any of your nursery items you may be able to make a claim against your household contents insurance.
