Returns Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items please contact us within 2 working days of receipt stating your concerns.
If your package shows signs of damage on delivery you must sign the delivery note as damaged as we are unable to make a claim on our courier if this is not done.
We will gladly replace damaged or defective merchandise without additional charge, or provide you with a full refund.
If you are not satisfied with your item we do accept returns if it is sent back within 14 days, unused and in all original packaging. In this instance, original post & packaging charges and cost of return shipment are not refundable.
