| 2k Technologies Limited (reg no 3783455) was established in 1999 as a proper Mail Order internet on Line Model shop selling quality models, directly from the manufacturer. All are in new retail packaging and carry full warranty and are sold un-opened as they arrived with us. All orders no matter how small are sent out with a vat invoice, this includes VAT on shipping for EEC customers. All available stock is listed in our Ebay shop, which is updated daily. It is Company policy to only list items that we have in stock on our shelves. New items are always being listed as our stock range expands, we always try to list around 12000 items in around 2000 stock lines at any one time (keeps me busy). We do not sell loose inferior un-boxed, un-warrented items taken from split up railway or racing car sets as other ebay sellers offer. We do not accept "offers" on our listings so please dont ask, the price shown on the ebay listing is the best price we can do, multiple shipping discounts are aways given.
The 2K Team is David Watson (sales), Miss Craigie McMillan (packing division-tea maker-long suffering partner - she is the lucky one!), Jane Marsh (been here a while now and still managing to work with me) Packing division (and anything else we can think of - if she has time!), Father chief book keeper (well he likes talking to Debbie our Accountant) and Mother company chairwoman and chief unpacker of incoming stock (not sure thats a good move as I get told off (and I'm 52) for buying so much stock!).

We am happy to answer any questions no matter how trivial (like us) and give help and advice. Customers may collect orders by arrangement, however we do not have a high street shop that you can walk round, some items are on display, but will do our best to show you what you need to see, however in line with our policy we will not "open" items for you to "have a look at".
Please note - postage discounts always apply and the ebay system is set up to do this automatically for the same item, even if not made clear in the listing - when making multiple purchases please use 'Ask Seller a Total' button purchases we will send you a revised combined invoice when Craigie or Jane has your order packed.
We only charge for packing materials cost and postage cost and don't add a profit! Don't forget our postage prices include VAT as we are a VAT registered Company (reg no 877849641). We have a contract with DHL which is a better and much cheaper option for larger and multiple orders than RM. Note we send out in our proper purpose made packaging, all items are properly wrapped in new packing materials to make sure they don't arrive damaged.
If you are outside the EEC you can purchase your items VAT free, but please contact us before bidding to ensure the maximum discount. Customers can pay for their goods over the phone with credit/debit cards on 01422 209493 or 0791 905 2588, if they do not want to or can't use Paypal.
