brand new unless otherwise stated.
We cannot be held
responsible for manufacturers faults, BUT we will honour our terms and
conditions, faulty products must be reported within 48 hours of purchase
for a full instructions of replacement / refund of The Bid / Buying Amount
at our discretion. (Postage and Packing is not included in any refund
given)
If you feel there
might be a problem, please feel free to inform us - after all we're only
human, mistakes can happen!
We would also prefer
to be contacted with any problems you might have with any of our products
before leaving Feedback (Please give us a chance to solve any problems

We strive to faithfully reproduce images of the items we sell, however,
manufacturers constantly update and improve the design and specification
of products and it is not always possible to update product images as
quickly as the lines change. The item you receive will be of equal quality

where we have indicated that the colour of the item may differ from the
colour represented in the listing pictures, please be assured that quality

| We offer a 14 day money
back guarantee.
If for any reason
you are not satisfied with your goods, we will refund the price of the
goods provided that they are returned unused and in original condition,
together with the original packaging (if applicable), within 14 days of
the date of the invoice, a copy of which must be returned with the goods.
You must take reasonable
care of the item/s and must not open them. You will be responsible for
the shipping costs both to and from your address. We cannot accept responsibility
for returned items damaged or lost in the post so advise you take out
postal insurance. To cancel your order you must advise us by email or
in writing.

| Warranty |
| If you have received
a faulty or incorrect item, you must notify us within seven days of receipt,
we will then arrange to replace the item within the usual timescales as
indicated in the terms of delivery.
Hand Tools: are covered
by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship
for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the hire trade)
from the invoice date. Certain tools have consumable parts which are not
included in the guarantee, but generally replacement parts for these are
available and may be purchased from us.
Power Tools &
Air Tools are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials
or workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in
the hire trade) from the invoice date.
Watches: are covered
by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or workmanship
for twelve months. This guarantee does not cover effects arising from
accidental damage or misuse of the watch, and is automatically lost if
the watch is opened by non qualified or unauthorised people. Straps, glass
and batteries are not covered under the guarantee
All other products:
are covered by a return to base guarantee against faulty materials or
workmanship for twelve months (60 days in the case of tools used in the
hire trade) from the invoice date.
We do not give cash
refunds. If we cannot repair your item we will replace it with an item
of equal or greater specification.
In order to process
your warranty claim we will require a copy of your invoice which will
act as your receipt of purchase.
You will be responsible
for all shipping costs incurred.
