Q: Do you accept international orders?
A: Yes, buyers from worldwide are welcome.
Q: Is there a sales tax?
A: For shipments to California addresses, we are required by state law to collect 8.75% Sales Tax. No taxes if you can provide your resale permit number at checkout.

Q: Where is your store? Can l come by and pick the beads myself?
A: We have a showroom/warehouse in San Leandro, CA. If you are interested to visit our showroom, please email us to schedule an appointment.
Q: Do you have a printed listings or catalogue to mail to me?

Q: How can I make a Best Offer?
A: All of our store and fixed price items have an option for you to make us an offer. We offer lower prices for reseller, designers and repeating customers. You may find “Make Offer” below the “Buy it Now” button. Click into it and put in your price and quantity.
Q: What is a Second Change Offer (SCO)?

Q: Do you offer wholesale or quantity discount?
A: If you are interested in wholesale or quantity discount, please send us an email regarding the amount and quantity you want to buy, we will respond as soon as possible. Or you can use the best offer function. All of our Buy it Now items are also available for best offer. Simply click “Make Offer” button to let us know the best price you can pay.
SHIPMENT
Q: How long is the delivery time?
A: Package is usually shipped within one business day of cleared payment. US shipments are shipped via US Postal Service 1st Class and Priority, with estimated 1-5 business day of delivery.
International shipments are via US Postal Service Global Priority or 1st Class Airmail (please note that while estimated delivery time is 5-10 days, our experience is that some packages take 3-5 weeks due to customs and international climate changes).
Q: What is the domestic and international shipping rate?
A: For the United States, S&H for the first item is $2.50 and $0.50 for each additional item.
For Canada, S&H for the first item is $2.50 and $0.75 for each additional item.
For other countries, S&H for the first item is $5.00 and $1.00 for each additional item.
Please note: Some items may have a different rate for the first item according to the weight. We will use the highest rate for the first item to calculate combine shipping.
Q: What is the time frame for combine shipping?
A: You can take your time to shop from our auctions or eBay store. We offer 14 days to combine shipping, so you can enjoy a lower shipping rate!! An automatic reminder email will be sent to you on the 14th day. Make sure all of your auctions end before you checkout. All of your purchases will be consolidated into one invoice.
Q: Should I buy insurance for my package?
A: Insurance is not required if the merchandises' value is under $100 but is highly recommended. Insurance is mandatory for domestic merchandises' value over $100.
Q: How much is the insurance rate?
A: For domestic purchases, insurance is $1.65 for the first $100 of merchandise, then $1 for each additional $100 of purchases.
For international purchases, insurance is $2.20 for the first $100 of merchandise, then $2.20 for each additional $100 of purchase.
Please note: If you purchase insurance for international shipment, we will declare full amount of the products’ value on the custom form and it may cause a custom fee on your package. Buyers are responsible for the custom fees.
Q: If I do not receive the package after 7 business days, what can I do? (domestic)

Q: Do I get a tracking number for my package?
A: Yes. An email will be sent to all customers (domestic and international) when we ship your package. It provides shipping information including date of shipment, your name and address, shipping method used and the tracking number.
Q: How can I be eligible for free shipping?
A: FREE SHIPPING is granted for US customers if your total product cost is more than $100. Simply type in promotional code freeshipus when you checkout, our system will waive your S&H automatically.
Q: What are my shipping options?
A: For the United States, all packages are shipped via US Postal Service 1st Class or Priority Mail.
For worldwide countries, packages are shipped via US Postal Service Global Priority or 1st Class Airmail.
PAYMENT
Q: How can I pay?
A: Click the Pay Now button at the top of any listing to immediately proceed with our checkout and payment process. Please note that the Pay Now button is ONLY available after winning an auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase.
If you are still bidding on other auctions, please do not pay until all your auctions end. When you are ready to pay for all your items, simply use our checkout system to pay and all items will be combined.
Q: When do I need to pay?
A: An automatic email will be sent to you within three hours of an auction closing. The email will contain a link to our easy and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchases.
Q: What kinds of payment methods are accepted?
A: We accept all major credit cards including American Express, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. We also accept PayPal, money order and personal checks.
RETURN POLICY
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If you are not satisfied with our product or for any reason, would like to return the products for a refund or exchange, you may email us within 14 days of receiving your package. Our authorization is required. Once we receive your return items in resalable condition, we will issue a refund for the product cost to your PayPal or credit card account.
