We offer same day postage
on items which are paid for by 3:30 PM Monday to Friday.
Postage
Discount: we offer postage at just 99p for
each additional item shipped with your order. Basically, we will charge
the highest individual postage charge and then 99p for each additional
item.
Please note that accessories and listings which
offer more than 1 game are excluded from the postage offer.

Faulty
goods: In the event of your item not working, please
contact us first and let us know, as we may be able to help. If that
does not resolve the issue, then any faulty item can be returned for
replacement.
Postal Insurance:
We offer both standard and recorded delivery on all our items. We
recommend recorded delivery as this offers item tracking and the item
is fully insured in the event of loss / damage. If recorded delivery is
not used, we will always obtain a proof of postage certificate at the
time of posting. Should the item not arrive, we will be able to contact
Royal Mail and ask them to look into it. However, please be aware that
this cannot be done until 21 days after posting and any claims can take
4-6 weeks for them to process.
