How we make our USED products better:

We buy our used VHS, DVD, CD and Video Game products from a wide variety of sources. Quite often the products have video store or other stickers on them and occasionally the movie, CD or video game case is cracked or damaged. Many Ebay sellers simply ship out their products the way they purchased them – complete with stickers and product cases that may be torn or otherwise damaged. We believe most buyers would rather receive a more presentable product than this.

Here is what we do before shipping a used item…

·         First we remove all stickers from both the box/case and media (except tamperproof labels which are left intact).

·         Next, we clean any dust, dirt or other residue from the product.

·         If the product case is damaged in any way, we discard it and replace it with a new case.

·         After a final inspection, the item is sealed (shrink-wrapped) and placed in a protective bubble mailer for shipment.

Shipping Costs: Some customers have complained that our shipping charges are too high. Considering the preparation time that goes into each order and the fact that we get orders to our customers quickly, the rates are quite reasonable.

BEFORE - Movie in damaged clamshell + many stickers.	AFTER - Movie in New clamshell. Cleaned & shrink-wrapped ready to ship.
BEFORE - Movie in regular sleeve case + many stickers.	AFTER - Movie with stickers removed & cleaned - ready to shrink-wrap & ship.
BEFORE - Video game with markings, stickers and case damaged.	AFTER - Game is cleaned, box is trimmed and inserted in new protective case for game storage.
BEFORE - DVD case damaged with lots of stickers.	AFTER - DVD in New case with stickers removed - ready to shrink-wrap and ship.

Please note that while in all cases we create a more presentable product for our customers, some products (particularly older VHS cases) were marked, torn or worn before we purchased them, and offer less room for improvement. Of course our Ebay listing will clearly state the item’s condition.

IMPORTANT: Regardless of the exterior condition of the box or cassette/Disc/cartridge, the actual movie/CD/game is guaranteed to play properly. In the very rare event you receive an item that does not play properly we have an unconditional refund/replacement policy in place.
