As you have probably heard in the news, there is to be further National strike action on Thursday 29th, Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October. This will inevitably cause delays in standard mail deliveries.
All items will continue to be sent out as normal but we just want to make customers aware of these impending delays.
If you need your item urgently - there is an option of upgrading to either a Courier or Special Delivery service as Royal Mail do say that Special Delivery services will continue to be delivered throughout the strike action, and courier deliveries are obviously not affected.
If you have any queries about an item that hasn't been received, please contact us and we will endeavour to sort any problem for you as soon as possible. Items that are listed as being shipped by Courier and not Royal Mail are obviously not affected
