Credit / Debit Card Payments also accepted by Telephone / Fax. (excluding AMEX)

Postage & Packing
**The Postage / Packing / Shipment Charges will be listed in the item descriptions. Please Read / Check before bidding **
Collection is possible Mon-Fri between 9.30am-5.30pm (when payment has cleared).
Packages are normally shipped within 48 hours of receiving Payment Clearance.
Shipments usually take 2-3 working days (depending upon Postal / Carrier Service).

In the Unlikely Event of a Problem, Please E-mail / Phone us, so that we may have chance to Rectify the Situation.
NON PAYING Buyers will receive NEGATIVE FEEDBACK and we will pursue for Payment.
Returns Policy
Should you wish to Return any item, Westfield will be happy to assist, subject to the following conditions:-
If a Product becomes faulty during the guarantee period, we will arrange to have the product repaired or replaced.(whichever option we choose). Provided that such product has not been accidentially damaged, modified, repaired, attempted repair, dismantled or damaged by mis-use, abused or used in anyway or manner that it was not designed for.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
At NO TIME will the Company / Ebay Shop "1st Connectors&Cable Assemblies / Westfield Electronics / Westfield Distribution Ltd" Nor Any Staff of the above entities accept any claims for Consequential or Liquidating losses.
In some cases you may wish to Return Item(s) for other reasons, a handling charge may apply to cover re-stocking / ebay costs (dependant upon the circumstances) In all instances our Sales Staff will be able to advise you if these cost's apply during your e-mail / phone call.
PLEASE NOTE: With the exception of faulty items, we will not accept the return of opened or used products, or those with damaged original Product Packaging, We can only accept back items that are in a Saleable Condition.
If you do need to Return and item to us, it will speed up the process if you can please follow these steps:

Contact our Sales Staff by e-mail / phone. They will advise you of what needs to be actioned and done to resolve your query. If a RETURN is AUTHORISED you WILL BE GIVEN a RMA Number (Return Material Authorisation Number).

If a Return is to be made, ensure that the goods are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

Enclose a Copy of the respective "Delivery Note" where possible and your Account Details. Advise the "RMA" Returns Material Authorisation Number (given to you by our Sales Staff - if the item is authorised to be returned to us), advise the reason for the return and the required (agreed) action, ie Credit / Repair / Replacement. All this information will help us identify your account and ensure that the required actions are dealt with efficiently.

You may Return Faulty or Damaged items to us at YOUR EXPENSE and WE WILL REFUND / CREDIT the Carriage Charge up to a Maximum of £5 (our carriage costs). We will NOT REFUND the cost of Postage / Carriage / Insurance for items that are not faulty or damaged unless otherwise agreed and confirmed by us.

Since we are very much against Spam ourselves, You can be rest assured, that we DO NOT give / sell your e-mail address or purchasing history to ANYONE.
