This is the information sheet for the care and instructions of how to use your photo icing circles
Removal of Backing Sheet From Icing:
Do not take icing circles out of packaging until you need to use them for decorating….humidity in the air will effect your inks.
If you have a flat baking tray, put this in your freezer the day before with nothing on it to get very cold.
place icing circle into the freezer ( on tray if you have one ) for 3 to 5 minutes, this will be stiff when removed from freezer, Immediately lay flat near a sharp edge of table, pull backing sheet down towards the floor, the icing circle will stay stiff and straight, when enough has come away quickly lift the icing circle with both hands and gently lay on the top of your prepared cake you made yourself earlier.
With fairy cake tops cut the sheet in to four strips and then add to freezer one strip at a time, after three minutes take out and remove using the same method as above and repeat until all done.
DO NOT let freezer drip on to the icing, this will make holes in the icing, cover with cling film if you think your freezer will do this.
DO NOT leave overnight in freezer, this does not work, leave out for about an hour and re-try the process above.

The icing circles are best used on cakes with coatings of royal icing, sugar paste, fondant and butter creams. If you are using whipped cream, this is best refrigerated before placing the printed circle onto it, this is due to the high content of moisture and this could effect the inks.
